So my original account was scammed from me on February 17, 2012. This was my first account I ever had, I never got to sending in a account recovery ticket until now because I did not know that I could do that until about 8 months later -v- i sent in a ticket splling all my guts on the info i had on the account and this is what i got:

I don't use paypal, besides the fact that they fucked that up too a couple months back, spent 20 bucks on paypal to get some zp, they registered it as 70 dollars some how, we denied the payment, and my account got banned until we paid off the stuff. I'm in such a rut, this pisses me off so much, they should have rules posted regarding the time limit of sending in an account recovery ticket, I mean, they could say whatever the hell they wanted then!
