I sent this e-mail:
"I know capsule shop system is based on chance and sometimes we don't get what we want. I tried several times to get mosin nagant without success until the day I got it! after that I played with mosin for 1 day... In the next day mosin has disappear from my sniper section in the inventory. I don't know if it was your system mistake and I don't care about it... I just want back my weapon or my AP back!
I'm being angry with this situation and you should fix it!
spend real money in a game is ok but I want the item that I have won!!
Don't reply me back saying that you can do nothing to fix this issue!
