Able to play CrossFire Europe but not NA?

Hey so I'm able to play CrossFire EU through a VPN with no problems, but I can't join a single match in NA because of the error that says: "Cannot connect to host server" or something like that. I'm new to the game and I would play the EU, but I get around 260 ping.

Sorry, let me clarify. I'm not using the VPN when connecting to the NA version of CrossFire. I only tried the EU version to test and see if I got the same issue that I got in the NA version.

I don't get it. You don't use VPN for CFNA and you get error, and if you use VPN in CFEU you get it too

I think it may be some error with the NA version of CrossFire idk though.

What type of error do you get? Like "Failed to connect host server"?
If yes, try to close the VPN properly...

I got the error before I even used a VPN on my computer
