Picture isnt photoshop its just the glow effect, plus the method to achieve this was released.
As for unpatchable, it is just push to console but executed by command line, therefore as long as push to console in implimented in nexons source code (pretty sure they are not removing it any time soon) this method will work, therefore deemed "unpatchable" as it does not change after a patch.

Attributes example: Editing one of the attribute files to achieve a higher damage per shot, increase speed, damage, etc...

The attribute files are encrypted and you need a pass phrase to unencrypt the files; which @supercarz1991 has managed to do.

Basically if the leechers and or noobs(both fall in the same general area) actually figure out how to unecrypt and change things around and encrypt them again; Nexon would be screwed to the max; not to mention the lawsuits that would follow (@supercarz1991 has mentioned this as well in previous thread).
