I have a massive scar from when I got impaled by a fence post. Getting rid of acne scars...no idea, I'm wondering as well.
So here is the situation, I have a scar on my nose and a scar under my lower lip from zits I got a few weeks / months ago. And I don't know how to remove them. I CAN go to a doctor or a dermotologist if recommended by my doctor but I wanted to see if any of you guys knew any methods that I can get rid of them at home.
Any help is appreciated.

You were seeking love.
Here is the pit, here is your pit.

Oh noes... I need to stop popping my zits and shit... Didn't know it would cause scars.. i'm getting older so it won't heal like it used to when I was a bit younger... I've been noticing they are starting to scar a tiny bit and disappear after a long period of time, longer then it used to.
how do these scars look like? Afraid I may have some.

Well, if you get rid of the problem from the root, there will be no need for further search.

Easy solution. Get a face peeling mask and use it every night. Get something natural, not one of those "medical" kinds that are complete crap and cost a fuck load. All you do is cover your face each night with the gel, wait about an hour, and then peel it off. This will slowly remove the dead skin cells and the top layer of skin without doing anything drastic, pushing the scarred cells to the surface and eventually, removing them. I had a massive scar from when I was younger on my forehead and this removed it in about three months. At the very least it will lighten the scar significantly.

That doesn't answer his question whatsoever. He already has the scars, and wants to remove them.

Facial cleanser only helps with portions of the skin that are blocked or currently inflamed. It won't benefit the scar tissue, it may even harm your skin further if you utilize it in one place too often. The face mask is your best option.
