Hi all the thing is when I try to log in to my dear account it says wrong password or name ?
And when I press forgot password and type in my e-mail it says "Sorry. The account has been blocked due to violation of our terms of service."

Obv is short of obviously. When you get a ToS message it means you have violated it. Basically you broke the rules and you are banned. To find out why you got banned you should send in a ban appeal ticket.
