Well theres a couple of things to consider first before you sue, first off is of course assessing the damage done to your car. Personally after seeing the pictures yes I would sue for repairs IF the government does not pay for the damage themselves, it was their bad so of course they must pay. Now you mentioned your mother may of suffered some sort of injury in the process if so you will need to consider if you want to sue for that aswell but that also concerns a doctor to determine the validity that the car accident itself caused the injury which means they have to look through your moms medical history and a bunch of other crap they have to go through but if the claim is 100% true and your mom requires medical treatment for her injury then I say yes sue.

Then there is also the moral side to this, you have in fact shown us some proof of the car damage and of course that claim seems valid from our end and in reality I can't think of a reason for you to lie to us about this. Your medical claim however did not come with proof and im not saying its not legitimate but we are going to have to take your word for it about the injury from the accident. In any case I hope your claim is legitimate and your not just abusing the system by claiming injuries and taking money out of peoples pockets and in the process making it harder for people with real claims to actually get what they need, but by the looks of it you seem legitimate but were just a bunch of internet tards were not lawyers.

She is suppose to go to the hospital to see what's wrong , Not sure why she did not go yet... She has not has past accidents or injuries that landed her in the hospital.

Don't sue them, find someone that is close to you who works at repair shop. Call insurance and ask garbageman for money for the repairs. Take your car to your friends shop or where they work at. Raise the repair costs original+$300. So if it really costs $200 to repair ask for $500 and there you go. Profit.
