Hey all, i'm opening a thread because i'm pretty much frustrated how incorrect assad is being portrayed here in the western countries

It's a fact that many syrian rebels have connections with groups as Al-Qaida while Assad supports freedom of religion in his country
I'm not saying that Assad is innocent but Those rebels are just as worse as him
Meanwhile if those syrian rebels would win the war and estabilish a new radical goverment, then there would be no freedom for women, no freedom of religion, and chances are pretty high with new conflicts with israel because of their ideology that they should be destroyed and Assad doesn't dare to do anything.

I'm just stating here that Assad isn't the necessary bad guy.

For Assad it is only about political reasons in this war, meanwhile those rebels fight for religious (influenced by radical groups) and political reasons

And the hypocrisy is that those rebels want to show us how bad assad is, meanwhile those sunni's are discriminating the alawi's because simply Assad is an alawy
meanwhile they're do the same things like the assad goverment, and yet they receive Help from western countries while they're just as bad as the assad goverment

It should NEVER be about religion. Based on the merit alone that it was started on religion, I hope they get crushed and the US stops funding them. But obviously that's not going to happen because they are winning. So all you Muslims need to stop bitching.
