I cry at least once a week though.
It is a normal and healthy thing to cry.
When I don't have anything to cry about I read sad stories and things to make sure I feel replenished and happy.

I was watching the finale episode to an Anime I loved. It was so emotional and deep I actually started crying lol.

Not one of those shitty animes though. This was legit stuff with a great storyline that was sometimes very sad and relateable.
