This was terrible...I seen this yesterday on the news.
I see a lawsuit in the future.

Why because the dumb black guy was told to leave but he stayed and pulled out his phone to get everything on video? Or because he should have rolled up the windows. Or because the cop was doing his job when he shot the dog why it was trying to attack him? Cop was in the right for doing what he did the dumb ****** should have left the first time the cops told him too.

He had to make sure he put it down.

He wasnt arrested for filming, but rather interfering with a fucking hostage situation. Theres a longer video around that shows it all, but the guy rolled up with music blaring, cops told him to turn it off. He didnt, but decided to get out and start walking around the scene with his dog filming too close. After the situation (as it was their main priority) they walked over to arrest the guy for being a fucking idiot. Over zealous dog jumps out of the car, takes a couple of lunges at a cop, and the cop shoots the thing. Absolutely no wrong doing here, save for the idiot in cuffs.

ITT: Kids who want to jump on a fuck da police bandwagon and dont even know what the fuck happened. The cop was totally in the clear here. Move along people.

He put the dog in the car, window open. He willingly walked to them, turned around and didn't resist for whatever reason they may have had.
The dog gets nervous due to his owner being apprehended, tries to go see what is going on and ends up getting killed by some stupid person.

​A tazer is just as deadly as a gun for an animal of that size. A shock would most likely kill it.
Also, not all departments even use tazers.

I doubt a tazer would kill it. A rottweiler that big could easily be 100 pounds, a taze would stop it from attacking anyone and it wouldn't harm it permanently.

They definitely jumped to the gun when arresting him..they could have simply made him leave. Some cops just misuse their "power".
Now they will get sued and that cop will possibly lose his job.

the dog jumped up because he had his owner hand cuffed, wouldn't you think your dog would try to protect you if someone was ruffing you up ?

he still could have took it in a different way, not just shooting the dog point blank but shooting a couple shots into the air and see if the dog will back away. If not then just pepper spray it or taze it, he didn't have to be an idiot and put 3 bullets into it .
