Any kind of death is hard, person or animal. You really can't say because he's human he meant more to you than say someone else's dog meant to them. It's hard to let go, but you can always try to remember them for who they were, I'm sure that's what matters the most to them. If something happened to me, I'd rather people move on than dwell on me.

This section isn't the best place for grief counselling, it's full of trolls, as from numerous threads posted before. I'm going to close this before it turns into a flame war debating the meaning of life.
