Again, I don't know the US is not in syria, I need proof that it IS for a claim that it is in Syria to be true. So all you got is your opinion again.

Syria isn't that rich with resources. The US would do better invading a dozen other countries.

The US involvement wouldn't involve troops, the US army and the people of the US really don't give a shit about syria because it has no real impact on the US.

Gaining syria's resources wouldn't even be warranted either, the US could invade half a dozen other countries with better resources on the excuse of "rebels" instead of syria.

For a while I was thinking maybe yes, but after doing some more research and tuning out mainstream media I'm starting to think twice.
This video explains a lot of things that some people might not know regarding what is really going on over there.
I knew that Al qaeda were over there supporting the rebels, what I didn't know is just how much influence and power they had over some of the other rebel groups. It seems to me like they plan on overthrowing the government and turning Syria into a shittier place then it was before the war.

War really doesn't boost the economy. There are only a few industries that profit from war.
The everyday working slob doesn't really benefit from it and the proof of that would be the state our economy has been in for the past 10 years or so.

Fuck no. Even though the "civil war" they're having has claimed 90K+ lives. Obama's pushing to go into Syria. I'm hoping he does so the whole unaware country we have will realize "oh wait.. He's a fucktard." and make some movement to impeach him. No need to be a police force, the US needs to keep the peace. This is just going to be another deceptive loophole to get the US tied into another war. Nobody wants that.

Yeah it doesn't seem like he's trying too hard for a military conflict in Syria. It's like a "half-hearted" push.. Haha anyways, Obama ran on the promise that he would withdraw all troops from the Middle East. Here it is 2013, he's been in office 5 years and troops (including members of my family serving) are still in Afghanistan as we speak, due to be out in 2014(?) who knows.
