Death' For CS or Perm Ban?

So in the past week we've had a new member join Death'. He currently has 1000+ Post count of useless posts, he's 16 years old and doesn't understand proper english, and currently he's hated by the entire MPGH staff, He's banned from the market place for scamming.

He should belong to CS but I prefer the Good ol' Permanent ban

We don't need this trash in MPGH scamming everyone, stealing money, begging, and not following any rules given.
