A few questions about MPGH

So I've been on MPGH well over a year and the only section I've hung out in was basically the RotMG section. Somedays when I venture out into the wild sections of MPGH I notice a lot of things!

1. A lot of banned people
2. A lot of people who have those image bar thingies underneath their name
3. And some titles which I do not understand

Could anyone clear up any of these confusions of mine?

Minion Force is staff (minions) tag. and Rat force is custom tag . You can request custom tag in staff request section.
