I drank it at like 7:15 AM/Breakfast along with half a bagel. Did it to look good in the fitness testing in Gym which started at like 9:00 AM. Was feeling lightheaded before we started though. I did a shit ton of push ups, sit ups, and laps. But afterwords I didn't feel so good. Extremely lightheaded and threw up like a teaspoon o shit and had to go to the school nurse. Apparently my heart rate was like 130-140 beats per minute, I was pale, blood pressure was fine, very low oxygen, and it took about 50 minutes of resting for my heart rate to return to a 110 beats per minute (a little bit higher than normal, normal is 60-100 beats per minute when resting). My heart rate returned to normal at around 9:00 PM though (100 beats per minute).
