What's your rig, not noticing FPS laggs ?

Nothing special. i5 3570k, GTX 780.
I've found the best driver-update for Nvidia cards is the 320.49. Definitely try it out as I've experienced a lot better FPS with it.

I've had too many bad experiences with Battlefield (BC2, BC3) etc. BC4 doesn't seem to have them, but it's still buggy as fuck, the game wouldn't load after 5 minutes when it usually loads in 30 seconds, tried it like 4-5 times before it finally loaded, and it crashes like hell. Also, it looks relatively ugly on Ultra, maybe it's the map, or maybe it's because I didn't restart my client, or maybe it's because of my ATI video card, but meh, I've seen better. :/

Also I'm sick and tired of playing Shanghai even though I've played like only 12 rounds. Also mother fuckers need to stop blowing up the building in the first 5 minutes, it's one of the best CC areas.

I agree, the only good thing about it is that people won't be able to camp on top of it anymore
that way, they can start to learn how to play the game properly
