You may want to compress the upper frequencies as there is a slight amount of distortion. Or limit the peaks, your call.

Get a DAW (you can get Reaper for free past the 60 day trial period, you just have to deal with a 6 second nag screen to buy the license each startup. No loss in functionality).

Get a synth VST (free ones everywhere)

Get some samples.

Learn Sound Design.

Learn the DAW.

Create Music.
