Still having trouble with fraps :( HELP PLEASE

Run fraps as admin, maybe that's the problem if you didnt that...

His problem is that he can't get fraps to work, he opens fraps and then combat arms but he doesn't see the yellow numbers on the corner. I think he didn't ran fraps as admin, that could be the problem or idk because mine is working perfect and i have vista also...
