I wouldn't risk .rez mods. I say crank up your volume or get a pair of headphones/earbuds. In-ears sometimes work better for me

If you're really interested i'll make you a program that changes your volume from one thing to another at a keypress so you can hold it down when you're trying to pinpoint and change it when you're spraying someone down so your ears dont die

You can change your ingame volume by typing /s 100 that will put the volume to 100%

here's a good trick.
Start your game with in game volume by 100(/s 100)
When u hear a breath, type /s 0 and all the gun noises will disapear and u will only hear the ghosts breath.

That macro makes ALL the sounds 0, so I don't know how it worked in the first place.

it was a bug
