My ip changes whenever I disconnect for some reason.
I've been registered at Mpgh for over 3 years and I get banned? I haven't caused any inappropriate actions.

The evidence shows you're a ban evader/old scammer.
The IP only seems to be connected to you both
If it connected to many, it would be a proxy IP
But in this case it doesn't look like it
I'll ask Dave to do more checks
