In the netherlands, a province isn't a different state like in the US.
This dates back before the second world war, germans were all over us, one of the reasons alot of jewish people aren't here anymore.

Actually he's incorrect on #2, Vlokken is just a naming convention coined by the dutch. It is literally no different to a chocolate flake.
