No. 7games will cooperate with AERIA. Thats means that it isnt going to take over AERIA wich means no changes in-game ONLY if we are lucky we might have betters servers.

Basicly A.V.A. was good when IJJI had it, but now A.V.A. sucks because Aeria Games owns it, right ?

Pretty much. Aeria changed the game so much that it made it bad. ijji basically brought the AVA we know and love to the US/EU but once Aeria took over they began to make it a more profit base game. To add injury to insult the servers on Aeria are terrible.
