Mana Golem is a bot. Anyways it does for Dark Crystal Shards, Diamonds, and the other items (Not weapons and stuff)

Yes, except for the Voucher of Nulgath (Non Mem)

There are 0-1 drops every time you finish the quest, and the quest item from the golem has a low chance of dropping, so farming is VERY slow

Oh what when i finished the quest i monitored if it automatically accepts the items but it didn't it just left the gem there on the screen

You have to wait for it to pick up the item. I'm pretty sure it uses a timer to pick up the drops.

It was always like this (as far as I can remember)
There is like 9 sword pets, 2 nulgath weaps and some other useless stuff along with the important quest items
