You Will Need To Get Your d3d9.dll From Your System32 folder
So Open any folder and type in the address bar:
C:\Windows\system32
Then Find Your d3d9.dll And Copy And Paste It To Where Ever Your PerX and Formage +ElitePk's Chams and Crosshair.dll
[Tuturial (Part 2)]
Open PerX (Admin For Vista)
Type Engine.exe for proccess (Engine.exe is case sensitive)
Click Browse And Select The Files In This Order:
D3d9.dll
Formage+ElitePk's Chams and Crosshair.dll
Hotkeys: You cannot bring up the menu until you are in a game. go into a game, press DELETE. a menu should come up. left and right for off and on. press F8 to save your current settings. (if you try to activate any of the hacks labeled as 'not working' CA will crash)

All you guys have to do is read the entire thread from the beginnin'
You will see that this does not work for many ppl, especially those using XP
This usually only works for Vista and Windows 7 Users,
Unless someone out there posts how to make this work for XP,
Us XP users are screwed.
Funny, its usually the other way around, Vista and W7 users usually
have troubles b4 XP does,
O well, I have not played for about a week now ( i dont play with out
