How active are you(how many times do you lift, run, etc...)?
What's your body like(skinny,fat, etc..)?
Now before you answer, I am 100% against supplements. Unless you are older than 18 years and are considering bodybuilding, you should not do supplements.
Start your body off naturally, get in shape. Then do supplements. Don't just jump into them.

I'm not a fanatic of muscles and such but I do try to keep healthy, slim, and fit. But try going for Muscle Milk?
Also don't worry about the things you are drinking/eating such as protein shakes/powder/pills. Worry about what you eat to a day to day basis such as you breakfast,lunch, dinner, and snacks. Also try to keep your workout even. Try to work out one part of your body each day and don't over pressure yourself. Results takes time and patience

So after 4 days of no results you're coming here?
You need to be hitting that shit for weeks before you get what you want.
Shit takes time. Not a week thing and you have 30inch biceps son.
Also, if you're going gym you dont want to be going 2 hours plus a day 6 days a week. You'll just burn yourself out within a day and get nothing from it.
You should only be going for around an hour a day with cardio. Increase intensity, decrease time.
More hours doesn't = More gains.
You seem to have already done your research on supplements and such so i'm not going to lecture you on that.
Anyways, all supplements are the same. The ones you are using right now will get you the same results as the top shelf shit. Trust me, nothing will get you results in 4 days. Just be patient, when it comes to muscle building patience is key. You have to understand that it takes a LONG time to get in shape, with or without supplements. So just keep doing what you're doing and in 2-3 months you'll be a different person. Don't rush.
