Start it as admin.
If you want to change some of your stats, find it's/their textbox and write your desired value.
If you want to unlock camos, find the category which your desired weapon belongs to, click it, find your desired weapon, click it's button.

I used the Kendo's Ultimate Table, so IDK. TO change your level, you'd probably have to search for your current amount of XP, get some, search again, change it.
