The eyes are freaky other than that it's pretty damn good.

My 2nd criticism is that it's anime.

Eyes are ugly as fuck. The bird, shirt, and bottom part of the wall should all be different shades of yellow. Looks plain, and boring with all three being the same exact color. You could probably keep the wall the same, but the bird especially needed to be a different shade.

Should have just kept the tie black. It's already filled in for the most part, and so you should have filled it in completely black. Would have looked a TON better. The trunk of the tree blends in too much with the girl's hair. Should be a different shade, as it looks like an addition to her hair if you don't look close enough. And the color of the leaves on the ground make no sense. They should also be green, or simply a darker green. Them being just straight up brown makes no sense.

Overall: 6/10

Pretty much this.
The problem with your coloring is that they (for the most part) never seem to blend properly.
When you color sketches, you leave in those ugly shitty black lines and you never bother to take them out.
I mean, look at the shading for the leg. That looks WAY better now that you removed the sketched area and just replaced it with a solid color.

Take out some of the black lines why dontcha.

EDIT: Also forgot to mention her face coloring makes it look like she's sick or something.

Tried to make it look like a light color so she doesn't look like a spray tan bitch.
