Personally i think this is idiotic as hell because there is no way to stop piracy and this just makes me have to go out of my way to find my animu. I especially feel bad for you manga fags because now you're gonna have an even shittier time finding releases.

Pretty sure only low quality sites that leech their scans off of forums and shit will get shut down. Sites that have people actually buy the hard copy to scan themselves are probably in the clear.

You have no idea how many sites you cant access that are from other countries and are for manga, sites like mangahere should be fine since they direct their ads to the readers reading per page and give some of it towards the manga company itself.

Chinese people make a looot of sites....


Most if not all the manga/anime bans are related to the chinese. You also have to note that China is generally the country that exploits everything.(outside of russia/brazil.)

Japan also threatens to ban pretty much everything every couple of months.
