Best E-Bank after Paypal ?

So yeah .

What's up everyone I wanted to know your advice on what I should be using for online transactions , since Paypal sucks for me cuz of my country " the features are so limited and the fees are HELLA high ! " and for the biggest reason which is the charge-back "no protection for virtual/digital items sellers" :|

So I searched for a bit and I think the best result was Skrill "AKA Moneybookers" and WU "But it doesn't support online transactions easily and I've to go to IRL bank branch to receive or send my payment .
So what do you guys think ? I want the bank to be popular with most of ppl on the internet , and that is safe for virtual items selling and stuff , and for sure not requiring a linked bank/credit card as an essential requirement "not just for increasing my transactions limits as paypal"

I use Stripe, but they don't exist in Egypt yet. They are good for everything I need, and seem powerful. However, they do require a credit card to verify.

It's basically the same as PayPal, I just like the way it feels. Plus, with the education pack from ******, there are no fees on the first thousand dollars.
