Old School
umm, i think that u need to fix ur drivers for u video card, and do u have forceware installed and running?, and sometimes dual core gives me problems, even tho i have a top notch proc. and video card.
Farhad stop pming me ingame ^.^
But yeah download this https://www.majorgeeks.com/WinLauncherXP_d870.html
Put it on listen for kol and then put it on very high(mayhem) and it should be good on KOL you probably get the 10fps then 72 fps well this fixes the problem of it lagging like that but u will only get 10 fps ><, i get this too with sli graphics card and I dunno how i fixed it
or u can try this if u ahve nividia gfx card
1. Go into Regedit and determine the current primary display card by looking in HKey_Local_Machine\Hardware/DeviceMap\Video and note the GUID (global unique indentifier assigned by Windows) for the entry "\device\video0" which is the long string at the end of the entry in brackets { }.
2. Edit HKey_Local_Machine\SYSTEM\Curr entControlSet\Control\Video\{g uid}\0000, where {guid} is the number derived from the above step.
3. Open the "0000" directory and enter a new key called OGL_ThreadControl and give it a value of 2. This will disable multithreading in the driver for all OGL apps.
4. In the same "0000" directory, to disable driver multithreading for all D3D apps, you can enter WTD_EXECMODEL and give a value of 0.

Want to know Why? INTEL SUCKS in short anyways. And uh try toning down the graphix to medium-ish.
It's most likely your graphics card's driver, update it. Update to Direct X 9.0c.
Most MMO's are poorly coded, especially Korean/Indie MMOs, and they aren't optimized to get the best of performance on your "Top" of the line PC.
k thanks guys btw i bought a XFX GeForce 7900GT 256MB 2xDVI PCI-E videocard
