Is any way to get unbanned from an RPG server?
I've banned my serial, can i change it?

It depends on the server, you can't come back with the same username. But you can change your IP (using either a VPN or by restarting your router if it's dynamic) and then come with a new username.

Re-install the game, delete all SAMP files from My Documents, Use a VPN = Unbanned.
