I don't think there is one now but i think there will be one some day ^^ and it's legal as soon as you got a copy of a game u do use with the emulator but tbh i don't think you can get in trouble with such a thing

Don't know if its legit, because I remember a lot of fake NDS emulators, so I would be careful
There'll be one soon enough, there's already PS2 emulators on some android phones

I tried that before and it didn't work for me.

I think there actually is an Xbox emulator or something like that and it's fairly new. I remember seeing youtube videos of a DBZ game on it, but for the life of me i cant remember the system or what it was exactly but i remember thinking this was just the begging but I havent seen any news on emucr about it.
