Why Does Everyone say there is a HW Ban?

the title says it all. I've made 67 accounts (exact count) on warrock. yeah, they all got bannd. but guess what? i was able to make another and play. now if that's not a hw ban, plz tell wth it is! oh and btw jesse900; some1 leached ur friends bypass on -Link Removed-
