I tried hacking this game and it seems a lot of stuff is still client-sided, like ammo. So I was thinking, couldn't other things be hacked as well? Like money or some kind of hack that would kill every NPC while raiding the enemy base (hack like that would fasten the game significantly) etc.

The game is still in beta and being actively developed so it seems awfully easy to force the client to do what you want. Some variables are stored server side, but that's mostly to do with Turf Management.
Kill all enemies in the area should be accomplish-able.
