I made a cheat engine table with some the things I needed during a play through.
I didn't see a working method to spawn items with CE on the forum, so I thought you might like my table
This was made for version 1.3.0.7 on steam. I don't know if it will work on other versions.

Options:
Get More
(Makes a stack larger when splitting it with right click. You have to split a stack once before enabling)
Get hpPtr on hit
(Script retrieves a pointer to an enemy when the enemy is hit. Can be used to set an enemy's life to 0.
I made it, because I was looking for a way to spawn a npc by ID, but didn't succeed. Left it here in case someone else can figure it out.)
Infinite crates
(Fishing crates will not disappear when opened.)
Infinite keys
(Keys will not disappear when used.)
Set enemy as boss
(Enemy will drop health upon death. Things might crash if you attempt to turn this on at the same time as "Invert enemy gravity...".)
Invert enemy gravity on hit and set as boss
(Inverts the enemy's gravity when hit. Birds will fall to the ground and zombies will fly into space. Enemies will also drop health upon death.)
Teleport
(Allows you to save a location and teleport there at will.
1. Toggle "Ready teleport".
2. Use "Save" to save current location. Untoggle "Save" as soon as the location has been saved. Alternatively write a memorized location to "Saved X" and "Saved Y".
3. Toggle "Teleport" to teleport to the saved location.
You will take fall damage if the saved location is below your current location.)
Spawn item by ID
(When the script is enabled all spawned items will have the specified ID. So if you wrote 3063 in "ItemID", you would get Meowmeres instead of dirt, when you dig in the ground.)
Time
(Control time. Forward time to next evening or morning. I made a dropdown list that can forward time or send it backward. 'P' is a hotkey to forward time.)

VAC is not in terraria. You cannot get banned.
