What's the best way to get back to coding?

So, I have been a coder long time ago, it was when War Rock was very popular on MPGH and I used to make cheats for them asking help from my fewer friends.

It has been a while since I have been coding anything in general, and I thought I should give another shot, now you might ask "Where you want to go with this coding, what kind of stuff would you like to code"

Well its a easy answer, I would like to code cheats for CS:GO and I know this isn't the right place for asking a help for that, but its not why I am making this thread, it was more like on finding out on which way is it simpler to get back into it.

Haven't coded anything for about 3-4 years now.
