Yes, I did it last night and the night before last using The Force's "claim vehicle as yours" feature. I didn't teleport or anything while doing so, didn't even have no cops on. Just spawned the cars I wanted to save and customized them to my liking then saved them in my garage. Was all done in a solo session of course. Both accounts I did it on are 100% safe and haven't been touched.

I thinking of getting 5 t20's just to making the cash a bit better.

If you find someone in-game who has a t20 they bought online and you steal an exact copy of theirs it will. If you spawn it then make it yours it won't if that makes sense. I think you can copy your own t20 you bought online to be able to sell it as well, just if you spawn it, the game won't let you sell because it's not a copy of a legit one.

Okay - I thinking of try the safer method, just spawning a Baller or Buffalo2 in the fully upgraded mode, then selling it for the 140k or similar. Bit more safer I thinking?

Probably safer, but be careful using any 45min wait bypass. That might be risky.

Yes, I would doing it normally in the game. Beside, you can turn off gta and come back after the 48* min waiting and you can sell again.

If you having 2 characters, you can do 2 car selling in the 48 min.

Pretty sure it will affect PS3 recoveries to PC though.
