    Better way to learn language

Hello, MPGH community! I want to ask you how to learn english. I want to know english on Upper intermediate (B2) level, because I want to move to UK in 2017. I need to pass IELTS exam to go to university. Please advice me some sites, when I can learn words and grammar.

Well, best way to learn a language is be around those people who use that same language what you want to learn in daily basis, other than that I think Duolingo is best place to learn, never used it, that's why I say I "think"

Honestly as a B2 level student I'd say books with exercises are great to practice that. Make sure that they have solutions so that you can confirm the right answer.
Read books in english to improve the Reading and the Writing parts, because you'll improve vocabular and how to use it.
I dont know good online platforms because I didnt use them when I was learning.

I learned language English pretty much my own in a worst ways as possible, but when it comes to my spelling while writing, then most of the times I spell something perfectly fine even though my grammar is at its worst part but could be better if I kept practicing.

Don't know where at Estonia I could get an English book, that would make my day when I found one, because buying one from Amazon will cost me more than finding one at local store.

Honestly just listening to and speaking the language the best you can will make you learn naturally, and it's one of the best ways.

there is no way there are no books about learning english in estonia.

a developed country should have access to such media - go to a book store and maybe to the educational section or something..

Like others said, playing games online with English speakers and talking on Skype or TS, worked for alot of people I know. And of course reading a book but have Google on hand to look up any words you don't know.

Watch TV shows, movies etc from that language.
Once you got the basics, move on to studying the language. You'll make less mistakes.
