Having money dropped on you by another modder

I've confirmed dropping money for yourself via menu is bannable.
I've also confirmed spawning money for other people is bannable.

Receiving money by a modder when you are not a modder will have you flagged unless you report your money has been compromised.

However, I've also heard a rumor that if you're a modder yourself, and someone drops money on you, you will NOT be given a money appeal and will be banned instead, because you were modding as well.

So my question is, what happens when a modder force drops on another modder? Are they both banned?

Yes, they both will be banned.
If you have a mod menu on your directory, you go online with a bypassed scripthook, and some random modder drops money on you, you will be banned too.

If you watch all the threads for the money drops services here, all the trustable mpgh users tell you that is very important that you never mod with your account or that you have never mod in the past on the online gameplay.

R* stated a few months ago that if you recive modded money, and you didn't do anything wrong, you are safe. But the new anti-cheat system it's a bitch and fucks you up even if you never run scripts online and someone else gives you modded money.

Thats what Im afraid of.
That some random modder, in a fit of butthurt, is gunna drop money on like everyone in the server, get banned, then get everyone else flagged/banned.

All I wanted was No Wanted.
And everyone ruined it.
