    Whoever told you bad things about it has never done it before. It takes a lot of time practicing meditation, extreme focus, and the right environment. You can't just out of nowhere try to astro project and be successful. I only know one person that has been able to do it and he says it the greatest thing he has ever done. Life has no boundaries, you can literally do anything your mind can think of.

    He told me the main key to being able to do it is just to meditate all the time and get good and meditation.
