You're in Hawaii right? I'm pretty sure they have one of those Mail Order things. There aren't really and pros or cons. I recommend that you take pictures of you and maybe a video of you putting the money in an envelope and shipping it to them, so that in the case that the envelope gets fucked up in the mail you can show proof that you did intend to pay and sent the money.
