I see people joining servers, and when they do things such as hack, when admins attempt running chat commands on them, it doesn't work. It's like the command can't target their name. Only when their Steam ID is used or some kind of menu, anyone know how it's done? Rumors say it's a feature of BlueBot, doesn't seem to be that though.

yah if u put a character/symbol in ur name that turns invisible in game makes u unable to be targeted by commands like !ban "name". u only get banned by steam id (which u can spoof if ur a leet haxor), ip addresses, and by the ulx menu thingy.
