I saw this question asked repeatedly and it's a standing issue. Hope this helps.

You've been banned for hacking on DayZ Standalone, you want to make a new account and buy DayZ again. Here's how to avoid those cancerous blacklist bans

Step 1. Change your HWID. (I'll upload a HWID changer to this thread later if necessary)
Step 2. Change your PC's name. Start panel, right click Computer > properties > Advanced Settings > Computer Name.
Step 4. Also change your computers description and homegroup name. (Follow Step 2)
Step 5. Download ProcessHacker and run it. Start the hack that got you banned and see if any driver activity pops up. If so, delete this driver. It's likely that the driver is detected and BE is scanning your PC and banning you for it.

Optional: Delete any hack files from your PC to avoid BE detecting these and banning yo ass for it.

Now you're free to make a new Steam account and rebuy DayZ. (You won't need to download the game again)

Thats what I did too and it worked fine for me haha The only thing you really need to make sure is that you restart your router for a new IP after you got banned.
