Would paypal ban me for making multiple accounts?(to SE google play)

I play a game where you could gift in-game premium currency to another player. I already used up all the goodwill on my main account for the game by SE google play.

I will send $250 paypal gift to a second gmail account/paypal so the balance is at $250. I have to link a credit card in order to use paypal on 2nd acccount so unlink my CC on main paypal account and try to put it on 2nd. I use up $250 paypal balance and try to get easy SE refund on the new account so no transaction would ever occur with the credit card. I should get refunded back with paybal balance money

Anybody see a flaw or risk in this? I'm obviously not going to do this everyday but maybe once a month until I get bored of the game. Thanks I love this mpgh community. you guys made me addicted to this now

leave your skype and i message you. i dont want to say game name on the forums in case it would get abuse too much and then it will get patch.

edit: im trying to look up on google to see if people get easily ban for having multiple paypal accounts but not the info I'm looking for.

i never really fort of that to be fair , i didnt change my ips when i made both of my paypal accounts does this mean i will eventually get found out ?

yeah i plan to do that next time. i just found out that you could use a VCC to get verified on paypal. maybe it will be better to go that route instead of unlinking/putting CC on different accounts.

I've done it (not to SE google play but same idea) on new IPs and the same IP and havent gotten banned either time.

"Changed my IP address" as in VPN or just requested a new IP to your DHCP-Server? Next time try the following:
- VPN
- Virtual Machine
- VPN
- Clear all cookies with CCleaner
- SOCK 5

Especially the cookie part. Thats the way websites such as PayPal detect fraud/CC theft (Unauthorized Transaction).

Do the following:
- Buy the item
- Go to paypal remove the CC card from your account
- Change PayPal password
- Refund with the term "Unauthorized Transaction" and add the following message: "My CC card got captured by Credit Card thieves. This transaction was not authorized by me. My bank is working on the case. I have changed my password and took other matters in hand. Could this transaction please be refunded?"

Done.
