Permanently Untrusted? [Not Overwatch]

What does this mean? I have always used protected cheats and have never really played comp last time I did it was 2 weeks ago. Is this from too many reports? Can't be from overwatch or VAC?

Untrusted results in a VAC ban.
Can be a detected feature in your cheat or you was raging too hard in casual/dm

You dont get untrusted for raging in casual/dm.

I just ranked up my new account to rank 3 with spinbot and 100% hs, got kicked a lot by crying russians but no bans. 50+ kills every game.

I wasn't doing crazy crazy stuff but I think my mistake was going onto a casual and DM because before I was playing on community and I was fine until today I went onto the servers shortly after I was permanently untrusted :/

i use the name 'afk derank get rekt team heuhuehueuheuhuee'
got kicked and permanently untrusted -> vacban 24 hours later
i think it has something to do with admin. No way i'm getting that after get kicked from my first competitive game.
