Question 250 GB SSD or 120 GB SSD + 1TB HDD

Hey there guys, I'm trying to build my first computer and I have a question. Should I get 120gb SSD and a 1tb HDD or just a 250 GB SSD. I currently have a 500 GB Hard Drive with ALL of my files on it and theres 39 gb left... which one should I get?

Get 120GB+1TB. I have the same thing and I have my PC for 4 months or so now. Store some games you play alot on your SSD and all the bullshit and other stuff on your HDD. I have 38GB left on my SSD and 500GB on my HDD, you need it.

Maybe someone only needs temporary mass storage, such as a youtuber, someone who only holds on to files for short periods of time before uploading?
That to me might be worth it for rendering and live capture, because a few hours of lossless video capture at a high bitrate can run into the hundreds of gigs.

120 SSD + 1TB for sure. Why even consider the 250 SSD if it's not even enough space for your files?

yea, but this is his first build, and he also mentioned that he currently have a 500gb that's almost full, so 250gb ssd wont be as beneficial to him as compare to the 120+1tb

Definitely a 120gb + 1TB. Put your OS and other files that you need to open quickly on your SSD, put all your other data on your HDD
