Help with GTA V Mod Manager on steam

Hey, so recently I've been attempting to install mods for GTA V (Steam Version) and I cant seem to find out how to fix a problem in which my GTA V will launch up in "-scOfflineOnly" but when I launch it up it goes through the Social club, launches up the game and then I come to find social club asking me for my login details in which I enter them in but it says that it cant login because of rockstars DRM thing in which you have to verify your status in order to play in offline mode, so I launch up online and social club says I login and I can join multiplayer games but as soon as I launch the mod manager in singleplayer it starts up and asks for a login and then says you can only login to saved accounts which apparently my account isn't saved to my PC

Do you mean my Mod Manager ? It has no effect on the social club login so I can't say where the problem comes from.
Did you check "auto-login" ?

Then ask the original creator on that website. He can give way better support for that.
