Steam Account worth $639 (Willing to Negotiate a Price)

I have a steam account that is worth $639. It has 2 Vac bans on Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty Black Ops 2. Since it has these 2 VAC bans I am willing to negotiate a price much lower than $639 but not looking for a price lower than half of that.

Consider it is in good standing except for the 2 vac bans and the cost of the games on the account it is worth more than 1/10. Granted it probably isn't worth $300 but I'm willing to work out a price depending what people offer me.
