Two things .. if he was using Social Club he could actually send a ticket to rockstar and they would change the email .
but if he is using steam its quite easy to change the email ..
keep in mind recovering the account is so easy so nothing stops recovering
.. the other thing that your Sign makes me really nervous XD dont brag about being rich XD and i met alot of scammers who were rich as fuck soo ...
