its easy.. we get 6 people. 3 on 3. and each team takes turns scoring in 7 flags. and nobody kills each other!

so game 1. alpha scores 7 flags. game 2 bravo scores 7 flags. game 3 alpha again.

nobody kills anyone and lets the team score. u get all 7 in about 1:00 - 1:30 meaning u get 60-100 exp every minute or so. in 10 minutes u get around 600-1k exp depending on how fast u do it.

in other games u get like 200 exp max and it takes a full game which ranges from 5-10 minutes depending what mode.

its pretty simple and people got to major in 26 days doing this...
